Hey yall this is a video explaining to you how to use the app called my fitnesspal. Its free and easy after you get the hang of it. IT allows you to track what your eating with no guess work and I think it makes it a little challenging yet fun! Any other questions just keep asking them and Ill try to do video responses with the answers!

How to Use Myfitnesspal, Full day of Eating, NEW PR, Macros, Learning Balance

In this video I run through a full day of eating and how I use Myfitnesspal to plug in all my food. The app is very user friendly and a great tool to help keep track of what you're consuming daily. If you can't seem to search a particular food item, there's always an option to scan the item's barcode, which is a pretty awesome feature as well! I hit a new PR with hip thrusts at 205 lbs. I'm always sure to make sure I still keep good form because it doesn't matter how much weight you get up if you aren't actually targeting the specific muscles you are intending to it. There is some real talk at the end of this video and everything I say always come from the heart. I try to share as much as I can and hopefully inspire or connect with some of you.
