In this video, I go over the basic needs, and how to use the app myfitnesspal. This is a great way to keep track of your progress and you don't have to use a notepad to keep everything written down. Instead, you can use your phone at all times and simply track your food. I found old videos on how to use myfitnesspal, but this is something that is a bit more up to date and how I use it. I lost 125lbs and this was a major key to my success!
