So you want to know exactly what a male model workout entails, eh?
The good news is you will learn exactly what male fitness and fashion models do during exercise and dieting to prepare for a shoot and look great! Of course, this is for me and not all models. But I work hard, and am a dedicated learner to succeed in modeling. These techniques helped me get some great jobs! The bad news is it's going to take some serious discipline, dedication, and that "got to have it" mental factor. Read on to learn some really interesting stuff that I could charge for! A male model workout is consisted of boosting your metabolism, building muscle, and using the correct diet and supplements. I am going to tell you a great workout plan to follow, and then you can continue to my diet and supplement page found from the link at the bottom of this page.
A male model workout is going to be a 6 day program. This is needed to keep your body active and burning calories to stay very lean.
Day one is chest, triceps, and upper abs. You will be doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps. On the concentric(force) part of the rep, will take 1-2 seconds. The eccentric(lowering of the weight back to starting point) is going to take 5 SECONDS. This extra slow motion will increase metabolism more than words can put. Do this for all exercises everyday.
Day 2 is back, biceps, and obliques.
Day 3 is legs and calves.
Day 4 is biceps and triceps (4 sets of 20 reps this day).
Day 5 is chest one week and back the next performing 4 sets of 20 reps. Also do lower abs this day. After this days workout, do 7 sets of interval sprints. a set is sprinting for 10 seconds and slow walking for 50 seconds. Do this 7 times.
Day 6 is the same thing, just the cardio, no weight training and Day 7 is OFF completely.
