In this video I talk about MyFitnessPal and how you have to be careful when entering foods into your diary. This is a great application, a life saver for most and such an easy & convenient way to track your macronutrients (carbs, protein, fat) and calories. I have been using it for quite some time but there is one thing to be aware of and that is that all entries are not 100% correct! Watch the video to find out what I mean!
